Having four children in four years (and eleven days to be technical), taught me more than I can ever share. One piece it taught me over everything else, time flies by. I don't mean just goes by fast, it flies by. I mean, my oldest is already five. How is that possible.
Having my children grow up right before my eyes so fastly has lead me to my business... Capturing the everyday moments and milestones before they are gone. These are the most fleeting moments we will ever have.
My business originally opened back in Iowa but we are now located in Evans, Georgia where I am proud to be a southern girl and raise this sweet family of mine with my hubby.

PHOTO CAPTURED BY ERIN COMBS HARPER
Junior year of college, my parents bought me the first DSLR camera for me... I had no idea what I was doing. I captured everything I could. I mean everything. From the snow on the deck to the cat's yawn. I practiced, practiced and practiced some more.
Fast forward to 2018, my second had just been born. I now have two littles - 12.5 months apart. I could not imagine going back to work and putting them in daycare. After long conversations with some of my closest friends, they told me to start my small business.
Fast forward to 2022 now, my small business has flourished and grown more than I could have ever imagined it would! This year, I will cross over 400 sessions photographed!
What started as a hobby of capturing friends children has turned into my dream small business!

Family is one of the most important things in my life.
These two are my parents - I could not do life without them.
From the always willingness to help to the endless love they have for my children, I cannot imagine doing life without them. Not only are they some of my favorite things, they are also my children's' favorite things which sure warms this momma's heart!

Exploring new places is one of my favorite past times (outside baking!).
Sunsets, flowers + scenic mountains are some of my favorite items to capture outside mommas and their children!
This sunset is from our most recent trip to Anna Maria Island in Florida.

Cooking/Baking is my favorite way to relieve stress.
From risotto to cupcakes, t-bone steaks to 4-layer cakes; spending time in the kitchen is one of my favorite things. If I could pick anything to cook, it would be shrimp risotto, bruschetta + red velvet cake.
Especially when it's time for birthdays, my grandma's third generation red velvet cake wins over all that get the opportunity to try it out!
Bruschetta for the super bowl!

JOIN MY FREE FACEBOOK GROUP!
I have created this community for all mommas at any stage of motherhood - whether you are expecting your first or proud momma of multiples - this group is for you. The group focus is to empower, support and educate as many local mommas as I can. Motherhood is not always easy, and you are never alone.
I wanted to create a safe space for mommas to chat together, have a play date, share a laugh, and share all the authentic parts of motherhood (the good, the bad AND the ugly). I want this group to become a second family for you to go to when you need a friend. Occasionally I will also share pieces of information on meal planning, budgeting, session information and how to get better iPhone pictures of your children!
You Deserve the best
As a momma myself, I know what the moments are that need to be captured.
The tiny toes, the baby bump and the small dimples of a fresh babe's first smile.
