Ballet classes are offered to children ages six and up. Knowledgeable instructors will introduce the dance students to classical barre work, positions, and center floor techniques. Come tap away with Augusta Youth School of Dance, as tap dancing lessons are offered to children ages six and older. Barre work, center floor, basic steps, and routine combinations are covered in these classes. Fun jazz lessons are designed for children ages seven and up. In the jazz and hip-hop dance classes, dancers increase their dance progress while learning with upbeat, fun music. Their classes are pretty sassy and jazzy and perfect for children looking for more fast-paced, technically advanced fun. 

Interest & Enrollment 

To check out Augusta Youth School of Dance, you can come by to one of their several open houses, or you can stop by one of the classes to observe or even try a class to ensure that this facility is the best fit for your family. A monthly tuition fee will be discussed upon your first consultation, with a yearly registration fee of $35. They also offer discounts to military families.

No contract is required; you pay by the month, so if you do not want to keep attending classes, you will not be financially locked in. There is also a yearly recital in which your little ones will look so cute, showing their skills and artistry on stage.
