Beyond Birth Postpartum is one of the doula services Lexington Medical Center Doula Program offers. This includes but is not limited to – hygiene, breast care, meals, emotional support, bathing of infant, feeding infant, cord care for infant and bottle/breastfeeding support. They can also help with light meal prep and special attention for other siblings in the house as well. The initial visit is 4 hours and every visit after that is in 2-hour increments.
