Two Doulas & You

As parents themselves, all of the postpartum support doulas at Two Doulas & You have high hands-on experience. In addition to their hands-on experience, they offer evidence -based information and support to you and your family to help you transition into parenthood.

Two Doulas & You offers daytime and overnight support. During the day, they are there to care for baby so you can shower/rest. Help with meal preparation, light housework as well as run errands. They require a minimum of 12-hour contract for daytime support. Overnight support are 8 hours of support. They will make sure your baby is fed, soothed, content and loved while you are sleeping. If you are exclusively nursing, they will bring baby to you to feed. While baby is sleeping, they will work on tidying up the kitchen, washing bottle/pump parts or doing laundry.
